Description
Classic on classic with the US M81 woodland camouflage M65 jacket - nice. Introduced into US military service in 1965, the M-65 jacket has become a cultural icon. We don't really need to mention how well used (and copied) US Woodland is. Pack those two powerhouses together and you've got this awesome jacket.
With a dense construction from a cotton/nylon twill, windbreaking is a dream. And if it's cold out, these accept M65 button in liners, if you have one. A thin, fabric stowable hood (low bulk) is in the zip closed collar ready for those unexpected rain showers but these will also accept heftier button on M65 hoods. Draw cords to waist hood & hem ensure a snug fit. These were so good, US departments across the forces issued them - see the last picture! As these have done the rounds, some jackets may be patched, some may have patches removed (our stellar warehouse team will pick these at random).
Bolster your M81 addiction with this fine addition! Everyone needs a good jacket anyway.
