Deliveries
Buying anything online generally carries an air of apprehension when it comes to the 'shipping' aspect; how long will it take? will it arrive? what sort of condition will it arrive in? et cetera. We understand this and will try to allay some of those concerns in this section.
- We will process your order within 1-2 business days of order receipt.
- Once dispatched, you should receive your order within 7-21 days, depending on your location.
- NOTE: These delivery timeframes are NOT guaranteed. Most of the time, they are accurate, but - as we all know - deliveries can be held up for any number of reasons beyond our control.
Delivery addresses should only be made to a place where a person can verify the goods have been delivered (ie: a business address during 9:00am-5:00pm). Please note we are not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if the original input of the address was incorrect.

The delivery time and cost will vary depending on your location - check our shipping rate calculator on the 'cart' page. You may be required to pay any applicable duties, customs or other charges when your products are delivered. In most cases no additional costs are incurred. In the event of charges being imposed, the customer is liable for these.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns Policy
We stand by our gear and our customers, no matter where you are. If something’s off, here’s how we handle returns:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeline: Returns must be initiated by completing our [Returns Form] and shipped back to us within 30 days from the day the courier marks the order as delivered.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. Try them on, but no field tests, please. We need them ready for duty.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Item/s
- Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s wrong—damaged, defective, or the wrong item—complete our [Returns Form]. We’ll sort it out for you.
3. Change of Mind
- Refunds: Change of mind doesn’t qualify for a refund - sorry.
- Exchanges or Store Credit: Picked the wrong size or underestimated your tactical waistline? No problem. We’ll exchange it or issue store credit (clearance and restricted items excluded).
4. Exchanges
- Need a size adjustment? Let us know, and we’ll arrange an exchange to ensure your gear fits like it should.
5. Additional Notes for International Customers
- Local Returns Address: To save you from sky-high shipping costs, we offer a local returns address in the US for all eligible returns from customers in that region.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties applied during shipping. These are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Costs: Before sending your item back, please complete our Returns Form to initiate the process.
- Use Your Own Courier: Our returns portal provides a local U.S. address for you to send your item back with a courier of your choice.
- Prepaid Shipping Label: For added convenience, the returns portal also allows you to purchase a prepaid USPS return label.
Please note, shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping.
- Processing Times: Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return. Refunds are issued immediately after processing, though banks may take 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.
- Refund Currency: Refunds are issued in the currency of purchase. Any conversion fees or exchange rate changes are determined by your payment provider.
- Shipping Timelines: U.S. orders usually arrive within 5-14 business days - depending on the courier service you selected. Returns may take longer depending on shipping and customs processing.
6. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind before shipping? No problem—though a 10% fee does apply to cover non-refundable processing costs.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are mission-specific and non-returnable:
- Clearance Products – All sales are final.
- Military Surplus Items – Due to their 'unique nature', refunds aren’t available, but size exchanges or store credit are.
- Face Masks, Base Layers, and Underwear – Non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Custom Printed Dog Tags – Can’t be returned unless we made an error.
- Gift Cards – Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Used or altered merchandise won’t make it past our checkpoints. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Freight Costs and Reimbursement
- Refunds and credits apply to the item price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping to the local returns address unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card.
We process the returns as soon as they have been received back to us. If there are any delays with your returns, the most likely reason is that the returned item has not been delivered back to Army and Outdoors yet. Usually, it takes 7-21 days for the returned parcel to reach Army and Outdoors.
