Ah, the sound of belligerence. Surplus Phone must be ringing. What do they want this time? I bet it's a restock on Alpenflage...

This robust wee telephone, the Feldtelefon 50, comes from the Swiss Army. Developed in the 40s and fielded in the 50s, they're holding up very well. In it's own cute and sturdy housing, this phone boasts a modest and portable ~2.5kg weight. While it (probably) wont fit in your pocket, they do have an adjustable sling strap and belt loop to the back.

Powered by a mighty 1.5v battery (not included) and when wired to another phone, use the hand crank to ring it. The headset even has a push to talk lever and battery cutoff switch when stored, how sophisticated.

These are a very cool collectors item.

Features:

  • Authentic Swiss Army surplus
  • Hand crank calling
  • Runs on 1x 1.5v battery (battery not included)
  • Includes telephone handset
