Description
Peru adopted their flag in 1824 and the current was slightly modified in 1950. The flag sports a white strip in the middle flanked by two red strips. The red stands for the blood that was spilled for the country and the white represents peace. Peru's coat of arms is featured in the centre of the flag.
The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
