Description

Never to be fully rolled out, another part of the DDR's (Deutsche Demokratische Republik) experimental uniform trial UTV (Universale Tragevorrichtung …or is it Uniformtrageversuches...), for the NVA (Nationale Volksarmee) & friends of the DDR.
Long acronyms later... ''East Germany'' gears.

This hardy belt is olive drab, woven nylon with metal fixtures. No fancy business. Not even any different sizes, just one length (fits up to 42'', about medium size) + buckle and ability to adjust smaller. The buckle is a no fuss hook-through type and the belt has metal capped ends with claws to hold your adjustment. Some storage blemishes but otherwise pretty much unused! A good belt to add to a collection and get you through ''the 4 deadly enemies of socialism. Spring, summer, autumn, winter.''

Features:

  • Genuine issue East German Army surplus
  • Heavy duty webbing
  • 5.5cm wide
  • Metal interlocking buckle

Sizing: Belt strap, max: 106cm/41.7'' long x 5.5cm/2.2'' wide

Super sturdy

Love these with their tough canvas and easy adjusting and attaching, looks great and fits amazing in some of my surplus pants with bigger belt loops, also ALICE gear fits really nice on it so bonus, such a steal!

Great condition at a great price

Good as new as described, great condition at a great price. Was looking to bring one in from overseas to match a set of suspenders I have, but this is perfect and half the price. Awesome, cheers
