Description

This piece of kit is part of the PCS (Personal Clothing System) system currently issued to British Armed Forces. The UBACS - Under Body Armour Combat Shirt is used as a base layer underneath a flak jacket or vest. This shirt comes in MTP camouflage with a tan coloured torso.

The forearm area has insert sections for the optional addition of padding for airsofters/paintballers in the habit of diving for cover (padding not included). The mesh torso adds superior moisture wicking and breathability to the shirt. A quarter zip can be done up so the collar sits high around the neck, preventing chaffing from body armour. For storage, the shirt provides two hook & loop arm pockets, the left one having a Union Jack patch.

Features:

  • Genuine British army issue surplus
  • Quarter zip
  • Two hook & loop arm pockets
  • Adjustable button cuffs
  • Moisture wicking mesh torso
  • Padded elbow insert pockets (may not include pads)

Fantastic

Seems like new and sit like a charm. Ordered two and they ended up being true to size on the chest. Slightly more breathing room in the arms, which to be honest I prefer as the material is slightly thicker there anyways.

One of the shirts even had removable padding in the shoulders and the arms, which was an unexpected surprise.
