Description
*Note* Date stamps vary, mainly from early 1970's. Majority of cases are olive drab with a few black cases mixed in - these will be picked at random
Contrary to popular belief, not everyone was wearing a civilian pair of aviators in the Vietnam war - the US military issued these sunglasses to its troops. These were issued from the 1960's right through to post war in the 70s - the majority of our ones date around 1972 (but this varies). Plastic coated wire ear loops can be bent into shape for the perfect fit. Tinted plastic lenses will protect your eyes from non-direct sunlight and won't shatter like their glass counterparts. These come with their original protective cases that still have the paper instructions on the lenses!
Despite some storage wear after some decades, these are still in unissued condition and are a must for any Vietnam War collectors!
