Tru-spec have long been making military-spec clothing for law enforcement and soldiers alike. Tiger Stripe came into use with US Special Forces (and other elements later) during the War in Vietnam. The pattern saw multitudes of variations and colours during the conflict and again has seen unofficial use with SF units even today.
Boonie hats are an excellent form of protection against the sun as well as keeping rain and light out of your eyes with their large brims. The hat has a pair of ventilation holes on both sides to allow your head to breathe in humid conditions. Equipped with a foliage ring you can get a bit of local vegetation in there for additional camouflage. They also come with a chin strap that can be adjusted with a plastic toggle. If you are hitting the jungle hunting or doing airsoft, don't go past these quality built Tru-Spec boonies!
