Description
Officially adopted in 1969 the Bhutanese flag has undergone subtle changes in the years prior. The dragon in the centre of the flag named 'Druk' is a national symbol going back for a thousand years - locals call the country Druk after the dragon.
The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
