US Army Soldiers would typically put all their spare clothing and anything they need kept dry in one of these bags, then lump it in their ALICE pack so it stays dry no matter what. Having said that - this batch they are knackered! Well used, some even have light shining through the rubber layer and naturally decayed seal tape. Some with a bit of TLC might be able to provide a bit more life but otherwise are best suited to being a dirty washing bag or the likes!
