Description
Is your tiny skull and face exposed to extreme cold? Is it your #1 dream to cosplay the cabbage left in the fridge for three months? Are you some kind of anonymity fetishist that really likes to have a warm face? Here's one for you lot. Another batch of US Army cold weather masks, this time in a tangy used condition and small sized.
These masks were first designed in the 1960's to be used with the M65 cold weather uniform. It was issued to troops in the Arctic, Norway and other frigid wastelands. The mask has a vinyl exterior for protecting against wind and precipitation. On the interior is a soft polyamide fabric lining for thermal insulation. Snap-domes on the nose and mouth flaps allow them to be folded back or covered up for maximum protection. Head straps can be un-clipped with snap-domes on one side for quick removal of the mask. These straps are what is limiting the size of these masks - if you are resourceful you may be able to replace them for larger, more skull accommodating fixtures. These masks have been issued so probably give these a decent wash.
