Part of the Gen-III ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System), this time in coyote tan! The Level 3 Fleece Jacket is an insulation layer designed to be worn under shell layers and is made of Polartec fleece - fuzzy on the outside and inside. While Polartec fleece is known for durability, these fleeces may have had a hard life but they will still keep you warm.
These jackets have been standard issue to US soldiers to fight extreme cold. With excellent breathability, the Level III jacket dries quickly with increased warmth while maintaining lower bulk and increased durability than previous systems.
Also in foliage green, the coyote tan version is suited to the OCP (''MultiCam'') combat uniform layering system - but who's going to stop you wearing it by itself, if you feel like it.

Sizing/Fit: Spacious fit as two layers are generally worn underneath as part of the ECWCS. Find your fleece size by measuring the circumference around your chest, just under the armpits. For more information, check out our sizing guide.
