This will help...certain things from flopping around and won't involve any 'wardrobe malfunctions.' It will also help make things less breezy down there when the wind gets going! The waist is elasticated with a drawstring and a small key pocket sewn into the inside of the waist (the inner layer has another hidden pocket on the left thigh). The outer shell is super loose and allows for plenty of leg movement.
