Description
French Military F2 Desert Camo Fatigue Cap, also known as the "Bigeard" in France. Named after Marcel Bigeard who created the design of this hat during The First Indochina War. These ones have the "swallowtail" flap which covers the neck. In English they are often called Swallowtail caps because of this feature.
This cap is covered in the French three-colour desert 'Daguet' camouflage for use in past Middle East conflicts & French colonial Africa. Well made with a unique looking design, keep your eyes and neck protected from the desert sun with one of these French caps!
