Boonie (or jungle) hats are an excellent form of protection against the sun and some light rain. With this genuine British Army issue sun hat, you get the versatile MTP (Multi Terrain Pattern) camouflage and the Her Majesty, the Queen's tick of approval (surely the King is ok with this pattern too).
Keeping in typical boonie hat style, this hat has a foliage ring for adding vegetation to provide camouflage. MTP camo is effective in a wide range of environments from woodlands to arid, rocky areas. A favourite among paintball and airsoft players. Boonie hats are also an essential piece of headwear for fishing down at the river or long days hiking in the sun.
