Description
A thick, double layered wool balaclava from a country that knows a thing or two about cold winters and freezing mountain tops - France. This surplus from the French Army is a single hole balaclava which can be rolled up to form a beanie, being held in place with a 'brim' above the brow.
The exterior is made up of a dense wool weave, transitioning to a softer, scratch-free fabric on the interior. These two layers are stitched together to make a piece of cold weather headwear built to handle seriously cold weather. Excellent for hunting and hiking at high altitudes or working.
