Description

These shoulder bags are based on the U.S. Army M3 Combat Lifesaver bag design. Medics would carry the M3 bag which would contain equipment such as a tourniquet, dressing, and a stim-pack (not included). This bag features three fold out compartments with a stamped U.S. Medic emblem on the front.

The design of this bag was crafted to allow quick and easy access to the three compartments. A snap dome releases the lid and the the zipped compartments fold out. The shoulder strap can be adjusted in length or removed completely using the clips on the sides. This is a great pack to store a medical kit while camping or hunting. But don't just limit it to medical gear. You could use this bag to hold tools or as an every day messenger style bag.

Features:

  • Quick release snap dome lid
  • Three zipped compartments
  • Adjustable 5cm shoulder strap
  • Adjustable front strap
  • Small pocket between the main and middle compartments

Poor quality

Unfortunately this bag is poor quality and I can't see it lasting very long. The zips are good but the material is a very thin nylon.

Great med kit

Great little med kit, wanted one after using an original issued one while the Squadron Medic in the Air Training Corp, these are a replica and made well, zips are good and have decent tabs on the which make it easy to open the pockets when needed in a hurry. I fitted the contents of a 7L standard First Aid Kit with a couple of extras (CAT, Celox) and this will be used in my workshop. My only complaint would be that the strap is not at a balance point, so the bag always wants to tip forward (even when the weight is changed around) which makes it difficult to sling over your shoulder or if you hang from the shoulder strap to open the bag, the slip pocket supplies tend to fall out, but otherwise its a great, well made little kit. I also added a Red Cross patch from my collection to the front so there is no confusion about the bag's purpose....
