*Note* Two variations to choose from: pictures 1-4 are clip version, 5-7 are drawstring. Both vary in colour due age/how long they have been in storage, multiples are shown in respective photos to show this but the cost is for one net. Helmet not included.
Adding a bit of organic, locally produced, free range camouflage into your outer appearance generally does the body good. While out frolicking in full DDR mode/strichtarn gears, why not pop some on your helmet, with this fancy camouflage net? Helmet nets break up the hard lines of your dome protector and hang onto camouflage when you tuck various leaf litter/branches into them. They also look pretty smart and can layer over extra camouflage covers if you happen to have one.
These nets are made to fit the East German NVA (Nationale Volksarmee) M56/76 helmet - the helmet Soviets lifted off Germany undivided, when it was rejected. We have two fastening types to choose from:
Drawstring: tightens around helmet lip underside with drawstring
Clips: Hang onto the outer helmet lip
Both can be little devils to attach but most good helmet nets are. Pick one up (+ a helmet - it's not included!), get foraging for those good leaves and adorn your body with East German accessories.
