Description
*Note* Dates will vary, but shouldn't creep past 1918 - majority are around 1913-1914. Last photo is just an example of a intact label for authenticity. Sold as unsized & picked at random
The British Royal Engineers or otherwise known as 'sappers' is one of the Corps of the British Army. With a strong military history also comes a dashing dress uniform. These particular ones were designed in 1906 and continued being made into the First World War. The majority of these are dated around 1914, some with the original labels attached still! Unfortunately after 110 years these didn't all come in original packaging but we have matched them as best we can and are selling them as a unsized set. The Brits certainly didn't do things by halves though even during War time - incredibly well made considering the material shortages.
For those who collect all things First World War, grab one of these today as we are very unlikely to get a batch of these again!
